The following typographical errors were noted in Dr. Elizabeth Stewart’s article, “Clinical outcomes of focused ultrasound surgery for the treatment of uterine fibroids,” (Fertil Steril 2006;85:22–9). The names of two coauthors should read: Bobbie Gostout, M.D., and Wladyslaw M. Gedroyc, M.D. On page 22, in footnote no. 4, the correct affiliations are: Jonathan Hindley, M.D., Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, St. Mary’s Hospital, England; and Miri Sklair Levy, M.D., Department of Radiology, Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem, Israel.
