Patient(s)A 47-year-old woman with severe ureteral endometriosis. Intervention(s)Anastrozole 1 mg daily for 15 months. Main Outcome Measure(s)Renal function. Result(s)Despite medical management with anastrozole, our patient continued to have worsening renal function and subsequently required surgical intervention.
